1. Overview

Style Q is a marketplace platform that facilitates booking of salon and beauty services through the Style Q Customer mobile app and Partner tools. Style Q does not collect online payments for salon services.

2. Nature of Payments

• Creating a booking or joining a queue on Style Q is free for customers.
• Customers pay the full service amount directly at the salon, parlour, or spa.
• Accepted payment methods are decided by the service provider.
• Any Style Q partner plan/subscription fees (if applicable) are billed separately to partners and are not salon service payments.

3. Cancellations

• Customers may cancel bookings in the Customer app subject to the rules in the Customer Terms.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may affect booking eligibility; they do not create a Style Q payment refund because no online service payment was taken.
• If a salon cancels a confirmed booking, the customer may rebook without customer penalty.

4. Service Payment Disputes

Disputes about service quality or amounts paid at the salon should first be raised with the salon. Style Q may help with platform/booking records but is not the merchant of record for salon services.

5. Partner Plan Fees

If a partner has paid a Style Q subscription or platform fee and believes a billing error occurred, contact [email protected] with the invoice/reference details. Eligible platform-fee adjustments are handled case by case under the applicable partner plan.
