1. Customer App Support
Style Q Customer is used to discover salons, book appointments, join queues, and leave reviews. There is no customer booking website.

2. Partner App & Web Support
Style Q Partner is available as a mobile app and on the web for salon owners and authorised staff.
- Salon registration and approval status

- Confirm / reject bookings and queue operations

3. Account & Data Requests
- Delete your Style Q account
- Privacy questions: email [email protected] with subject “Privacy Request”
- Include your registered mobile number and whether you use Customer, Partner, or both
4. Quick Answers
Is booking free for customers?
Yes. Creating a booking or joining a queue in the Customer app does not require online payment. Pay the salon directly for the service.
Can I book from the website?
No. Customer booking is mobile-app only. Salon owners can manage their business on Partner app and partner.styleq.in.
How do I list my salon?
Sign in to Style Q Partner, complete salon/branch registration, and wait for Style Q approval. See How Partner works.
What if the salon cancels my booking?
You can rebook without a customer penalty. Contact support if you need help finding another salon.
