Style Q is a two-sided salon marketplace. Customers book only on the Style Q Customer mobile app. Salon partners manage their business on the Style Q Partner app and at partner.styleq.in.
A. Style Q Customer (Mobile App)
There is no customer booking website. Download the Style Q Customer app to find salons and book.
Install & sign in
Download Style Q Customer and sign in with your mobile number using OTP. One number is one Style Q account.
Discover nearby salons
Allow location (recommended) to browse salons near you. Compare services, prices, photos, and reviews.
Book a slot or join a queue
Select services and request a time slot, or join a live queue where the salon supports it. Booking is free — no online payment required.
Wait for salon confirmation
New bookings typically start as pending until the salon confirms. You’ll get status updates in the app and via notifications (if enabled).
Visit & pay at the salon
Arrive on time. Pay the full service amount directly at the salon using their accepted methods. Style Q does not charge you online for the service.
Rate your experience
After your visit, leave a review to help other customers and keep salon quality high.
Cancellations: Cancel early when possible. Late cancellations and no-shows can affect your ability to book (see Customer Terms).
B. Style Q Partner (App + Web)
Partners can run their salon operations on mobile or desktop web — same Style Q Partner product.
Sign in with OTP
Open the Partner app or partner.styleq.in and verify your mobile number.
Register your salon
Complete your business profile and first branch details — address, hours, amenities, booking rules, and media.
Get approved
Style Q reviews your listing. After approval, your salon becomes discoverable to customers in the Customer app.
Publish services & hours
Keep your catalog, prices, album photos, and opening hours accurate so customers can book with confidence.
Confirm bookings & manage queues
Accept or reject pending requests, manage live queues/slots, and keep customers updated. Collect service payment at the salon.
Grow with Style Q
Add branches within your plan limits, improve ratings, and use Partner tools to run day-to-day operations.
Payments: Customers pay you directly for services. Any Style Q partner plan/subscription fees are separate from salon service amounts.
